Jack Harding, Chairman, President, and CEO, eSilicon Corporation

Jack Harding, President and CEO

Jack Harding is responsible for eSilicon's overall leadership, strategy and management.

Mr. Harding brings more than 25 years of management experience in the semiconductor industry, spanning the electronic design automation (EDA) and IC sectors. Prior to co-founding eSilicon in 2000, Mr. Harding was the president and CEO of Cadence Design Systems. Mr. Harding entered Cadence upon the acquisition of Cooper & Chyan Technology (CCT), where he served as the president and CEO, and was responsible for leading the company to an IPO. Prior to CCT Mr. Harding served as the executive vice president of Zycad Corporation. Mr. Harding began his career with distinction at IBM.

Mr. Harding maintains a balanced career, providing his services to industry, academia and government. He has held various directorships in both public and private organizations and is currently on the board of directors of RF Micro Devices and the advisory board of Atrenta, Inc. Mr. Harding has also held leadership roles at Drew University and Indiana University (IU) where he was vice chairman of the board of trustees and a member of IU's premier School of Public and Environmental Affairs (SPEA) advisory board, respectively.

In the public policy arena, Mr. Harding has served as a member of the prestigious Steering Committee at the U.S. Council on Competiveness and was a former National Academies' Committee member for Software, Growth and the Future of the U.S. Economy. In 2010, Mr. Harding was elected as the new value chain producer director to the board of directors of the Global Semiconductor Alliance (GSA). Prior to this, Mr. Harding served a three-year term on the GSA board as a semiconductor director. He also serves on the GSA Finance Committee. He is a frequent international speaker on the topics of innovation, entrepreneurship and semiconductor trends and policies.

Mr. Harding holds a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry and Economics from Drew University and attended the Stern School of Business at New York University.

Warren Ligan, Chief Financial Officer

Warren Ligan is responsible for the overall management and direction of eSilicon's worldwide finance, information technology, and corporate development functions.

Mr. Ligan brings more than 30 years of experience in financial and investor relationship management. He served as senior vice president, treasury and investor relations for Flextronics International Ltd. In addition, Mr. Ligan has held financial positions with large, publically traded companies, including Chiquita Brands International, Inc. where he served as CFO; G.D. Searle & Co. and Monsanto Company where he held a position as director, finance and international taxes; and with The Upjohn Company as an international tax counsel and manager, federal compliance.

Mr. Ligan received his Master of Law from DePaul University, a Juris Doctor from the Detroit College of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Walsh College. He served in the U.S. Army from 1971-1976, receiving the Army Meritorious Service medal for outstanding accomplishment.

Hao Nham, Vice President, Engineering

Hao Nham is responsible for eSilicon's engineering and design organizations and initiatives.

Mr. Nham brings more than 20 years of experience in high technology product development, with extensive experience in advanced software products and IC and system design methodology. Prior to joining eSilicon, Mr. Nham was vice president of engineering at Cadence Design Systems, where he was responsible for advanced IC extraction and analysis and formal verification products. From 1992 to 1998, he held engineering director positions at Lucent Technologies. Mr. Nham started his career at Bell Labs, where he held a broad range of important technical and management positions.

Mr. Nham holds Bachelor of Science and Masters of Electrical Engineering degrees from the University of Texas at Austin.

Gino Skulick, Vice President and General Manager, ASIC Solutions

Gino Skulick is responsible for eSilicon's ASIC solutions, which specialize in the design, productization and manufacturing of ASICs for customers.

Mr. Skulick has more than 25 years of experience building and leading sales and manufacturing organizations in the semiconductor industry. Most recently, he served as eSilicon's vice president of worldwide sales, responsible for global sales and client marketing activities.

Prior to coming to eSilicon, Mr. Skulick was vice president of BAE Sales, one of the nation's largest manufacturer's representative firms, which specializes in the sales and marketing of semiconductors and related electronic components. Before BAE Sales, Mr. Skulick was the CEO of Aspen Technologies, a company that manufactured and sold microwave assemblies and semiconductor components. Prior to Aspen, Mr. Skulick served in manufacturing management positions at Hewlett-Packard and Hughes Aircraft Company.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Administrative Sciences, graduating cum laude from Pepperdine University.

Patrick Soheili, Vice President and General Manager, IP Solutions

Patrick Soheili is responsible for eSilicon's overall marketing activities, including product and corporate marketing; business development activities, and eSilicon's IP solutions.

Mr. Soheili has over 25 years of demonstrated success at several leading high tech companies. Mr. Soheili has been president and CEO of On Demand Microelectronics, Cradle Technologies and Softcoin. He was a founding partner of Barrington Partners, a technology-focused venture capital firm, from 1998 to 2002. Mr. Soheili was vice president of sales and marketing for Invox Technology. Prior to Invox, he was a senior executive with Altera Corporation. Before Altera, he spent several years in various marketing management positions with AMD and TRW.

Mr. Soheili holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from University of California, Santa Barbara and a Masters of Business Administration from Purdue University.


Lawrence Conrad, Vice President and General Manager, SMS Business Unit

Lawrence Conrad, Vice President and General Manager, SMS Solutions

Lawrence Conrad is responsible for eSilicon's Semiconductor Manufacturing Services (SMS) solutions, which provides value-added services and resources to customers who want to offload their production activities to a manufacturing expert.

Mr. Conrad's career spans 25 years, during which he has developed an expertise in sales as well as supply chain and operations management. Most recently, Mr. Conrad was vice president at SunPower Corporation, where he was responsible for all supply chain, procurement and logistics activities. Prior to joining SunPower, Mr. Conrad was chief procurement officer (CPO) at Freescale Semiconductor. Mr. Conrad started his career at Solectron, which was later bought by Flextronics International Ltd. He started in semiconductor commodity management at Solectron, managed the networking/telecom business unit and finished as Solectron's CPO.

Mr. Conrad has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California, Santa Barbara.

Fritz Koehler, Vice President and General Counsel

Fritz Koehler is responsible for eSilicon's legal affairs and worldwide intellectual property.

Mr. Koehler brings more than 20 years of legal and business experience to eSilicon. Prior to eSilicon, he served as vice president and general counsel for Marimba, Inc. and served as the chief legal officer for Micro Focus and Merant. He also worked at the high technology law firms of Fenwick & West and the former Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison at the start of his career.

Mr. Koehler received his Bachelor of Arts degrees in International Relations and History from Stanford University and his JD and MBA degrees from the University of California, Berkeley.

Linda Rogers, Vice President, Human Resources

Linda Rogers is responsible for all human resources activities worldwide.

Ms. Rogers has over 17 years experience working as an international HR executive. Her most recent role was managing her own consulting company where she worked with many Silicon Valley technology organizations to develop international human resources strategy. Prior to that, she spent seven years at Sun Microsystems in both senior HR leadership and strategy development roles, most recently as senior director of strategy, global communities. She has also held several HR roles with Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC) in the U.S. and Europe.

Ms. Rogers received her Master of Science in Human Resources and Training from the University of Leicester and holds multiple strategy and human capital qualifications from the National College of Ireland, University of Southern California (USC) and Stanford University.

Tom Dockery, Vice President of Sales, North America and EMEA

Tom Dockery is responsible for eSilicon's sales activities in North America and EMEA.

Mr. Dockery has over 25 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, which includes over 15 years of managing in the ASIC environment. Mr. Dockery has held senior management positions in business development, product marketing, technology planning and operations.

Prior to his role as VP of sales for eSilicon, Mr. Dockery led marketing and business development efforts for Touch Screen products at Synaptics, managed USB IP products at Mentor Graphics and managed, at various levels, ASIC products at NXP (Philips) Semiconductors and VLSI Technology. Mr. Dockery has also held operations management positions at Digital Equipment Corporation and Fairchild Semiconductor.

Mr. Dockery holds a Bachelor of Science in Material Science Engineering from the University of Illinois.


Chien Min (Davis) Wang, Vice President, Asia Sales

Chien Min (Davis) Wang, Vice President, Asia Sales

Chien Min (Davis) Wang is responsible for eSilicon's Asia sales activities.

Mr. Wang has over 17 years of experience in sales and marketing management. Prior to joining eSilicon, he served as Focaltech Systems' worldwide vice president, marketing and sales; Broadcom Corporation's sales director, Asia; and Cisco Systems's senior sales manager, China, Taiwan and Hong Kong. Mr. Wang started his career at Macronix International Co., Ltd.

Mr. Wang received both his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and Masters of Business Administration degrees from Chung Yuan University in Taiwan.

Alice Byun, Vice President and General Manager, eSilicon Korea

Alice Byun is responsible for the general management of eSilicon Korea.

Ms. Byun brings more than 18 years of sales, marketing and operations experience in the electronics and semiconductor industries. Prior to eSilicon, Ms. Byun worked for a number of startups and publicly traded companies including Virage Logic, Timesys, Tyco Electronics, M/A-Com, Filtronics PLC and Litton Solid State.

Ms. Byun received her Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics from University of California, Santa Barbara and she is currently completing her Master of Business Administration at Oxford University in the United Kingdom.
